Refund Policy

1. General Overview

At Wifaq Language School, we are committed to providing high-quality education and services. We understand that circumstances may arise that require a change in plans. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be processed for courses and programs offered by our center.

If a course or program is canceled by (WLS), a full refund will be issued to all enrolled students.


4. Withdrawal by Student
• Before Course Start Date

A full refund will be issued if the student withdraws at least Two days before the course start date.

• After Course Start Date

• Refunds for withdrawals made after the course has begun will be prorated based on the number of classes attended. The exact refund amount will be calculated as follows

• If the student withdraws within Three days after the course begins, 50% of the tuition will be refunded.

• If the student withdraws after Three days, no refund will be provided.


5. Special Circumstances
• Medical or Emergency Situations

In cases of medical emergencies or other significant personal circumstances, students may request a refund or a deferral of their enrollment. Documentation may be required to support these requests.

• Transfer to Another Course

Students wishing to transfer to another course within (WLS) may do so without penalty, provided the transfer request is made before the start date of the original course. If a refund is requested instead, the standard refund policy will apply.

• Relocation of the Student

If a student relocates to a different city or country, making it impossible to continue attending classes, Wifaq Language School will issue a prorated refund for the unused portion of the tuition.

• Death of the Student

In the unfortunate event of a student's death, a full refund will be issued for any remaining course period.


6. Refund Process

To request a refund, students must submit a written request via email to info@wifaq.academy . The request should include

- Full name

- Course name and code

- Reason for withdrawal or refund request

- Any supporting documentation

Refunds will be processed within Three business days of receiving the request. The refund will be issued through the original payment method.


7. Money-Back Guarantee

Wifaq Language School offers a one-week money-back guarantee for new students who are not satisfied with our services. If a student feels that the course does not meet their expectations, they may request a full refund within the first 7 days of the start of the course All refund requests must be accompanied by proper documentation, and the school reserves the right to evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis.


8. Non-Refundable Fees

Please note that certain fees, including but not limited to registration fees, materials fees, and administrative fees, may be non-refundable. Details about these fees are provided at the time of enrollment.


9. Changes to the Refund Policy

(WLS) reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to enrolled students and will apply to future enrollments.
